Boston, MA so you can experience our parties and social events (they
are one of the many things that make Mad*Pow so special), have
facetime with colleagues as needed for collaboration, participate in
local recruitment events, and have expertise with recruiting in
these areas.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with the
delivery and operations senior leadership to strategically identify,
attract, and hire top tier, up and coming talent for our dynamic and
growing organization. You will be responsible for managing full-
cycle recruiting, including providing an exceptional experience for
candidates and hiring teams alike. This is a great opportunity to

experience with, and focuses on, attracting and hiring diverse talent.
What you’ll do:
? Work collaboratively with a variety of team leadership to
refine and create job descriptions, strategize hiring plans, enhance
onboarding process, and set new hires up for success
? Be a SME on Mad*Pow, our values, culture, and organizational
structure in order to represent our brand during hiring events,
interviews, and be a brand ambassador while completing community outreach
? Manage everything in a full-cycle recruiting process from
intake meetings with hiring managers through onboarding, with a
focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience at every step
? Establish and maintain a database of potential candidates
through outbound sourcing and inbound applications
? Ensure that all candidates align with our core values, team
capabilities, and future business needs
? Work collaboratively with hiring managers across the
organization to ensure that their hiring needs are met while
maintaining the brand’s values and candidate experience
? Contribute to hiring strategies related to diversity, equity,
inclusion, and retention
? Run reports and analyze the results to ensure that all tools
and strategies are optimized
